By accessing or using Voicemail Greeting Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
2. What the Service provides
The Service helps users write or paste a voicemail greeting, select a synthetic voice and performance directions, preview the result, and download an audio file. Speech generation is performed by a third-party AI provider through our server. The Service does not require a user account. A limited preview is available before checkout, and the complete clean download requires the one-time payment displayed at checkout.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise that a particular voice, format, download method, or free feature will remain available permanently.
Purchases are one-time transactions, not subscriptions. PayPal processes the payment and may present different eligible payment methods based on your location and account. You agree to provide an accurate checkout email address and authorize the displayed charge. Taxes, currency conversion, or PayPal fees may apply where disclosed by PayPal or required by law.
A purchase grants one successful download of the generated file tied to that order. Download links expire and must not be shared. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us with the checkout email and PayPal order identifier. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms displayed at checkout.
3. Your scripts and generated audio
You retain any rights you have in the text you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use that text, including names, trademarks, contact information, and third-party content.
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use audio generated through the Service for personal or business voicemail greetings. You are responsible for reviewing the script and audio before publishing or installing it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive or harmful way;
- create fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
- facilitate scams, phishing, unsolicited calling, or misleading commercial practices;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of the Service; or
- use automated means to access the Service at a volume that interferes with other users.
5. No outbound calling or phone service
Voicemail Greeting Generator creates an audio asset. It does not provide a phone number, place calls, send ringless voicemail, receive callers’ messages, operate a PBX, or act as an AI receptionist. You are responsible for your relationship with your carrier or phone-system provider.
6. Audio and platform compatibility
Phone systems and carriers use different file formats, sample rates, size limits, upload methods, and recording rules. We do not guarantee that a generated file will work with every system.
Many iPhone and Android carrier voicemail systems do not support direct audio-file upload. You may need to play the file from another device while recording it through your carrier’s voicemail interface, and the resulting quality may vary.
7. Professional, medical, and legal information
Templates and examples are starting points, not legal, medical, regulatory, accessibility, or emergency-services advice. We do not claim that any script is HIPAA compliant, legally compliant, medically approved, or suitable for a regulated workflow. You are responsible for review by an appropriate professional when needed.
Do not rely on the Service as the only way to communicate urgent or emergency instructions.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original site content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these terms, no ownership rights in the Service are transferred to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on Cloudflare for hosting and security, Kie AI for speech generation, and PayPal for payment processing. It may also reference carriers, business phone systems, browsers, and other third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, compatibility, security, retention practices, output, or conduct.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free scripts, speech, downloads, or results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicemail Greeting Generator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the claim or US $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
