1. Who we are
Voicemail Greeting Generator provides a browser-based tool for drafting, generating, previewing, and downloading voicemail greeting audio. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “the Service” refer to Voicemail Greeting Generator, available at voicemailgreetinggenerator.com.

2. Information you enter into the generator
To generate speech, the Service sends your voicemail script, selected voice, accent, style, pace, audio profile, scene, and sample context through our Cloudflare-hosted server to Kie AI. We use this information only to submit the generation request, check its status, and deliver the resulting audio to you.
We do not create a user account or intentionally save your script or settings in an application database. Your browser keeps the current form values and result link while the page is open. Download any audio you want to retain because provider result links are temporary.
3. Checkout and payment information
When you purchase a download, we collect the email address you enter at checkout and associate it with the generated-audio task, order amount, currency, PayPal order and capture identifiers, payment status, and download status. We use this information to fulfill the purchase, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, address disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
PayPal processes the payment on its hosted payment interface. We do not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, or PayPal password. PayPal processes payment and device information under its own privacy terms.
4. Technical and usage information
When you visit the Service, our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, referrer, approximate region, and security or error events.
We use this information to operate the website, prevent abuse, investigate errors, maintain security, and understand aggregate usage and service reliability. We use Google Analytics to measure events such as page visits, approximate engagement, device and browser categories, referrers, and general geographic information. We do not send your voicemail script, checkout email, or complete payment details to Google Analytics.
5. Cookies and local storage
The current version does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers to distinguish visits and measure usage. The Service or its hosting and security providers may also use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to deliver the site, manage security, remember essential technical state, or protect against abuse. You can restrict or clear cookies using your browser settings.
6. Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host, deliver, and protect the Service. Cloudflare may process technical request data on our behalf and under its own applicable privacy terms.
We use Kie AI to process speech-generation requests. Kie AI receives the script and voice-direction fields described above and returns a generated audio result. Kie AI documentation states that generated content links typically expire after 24 hours. Kie AI processes data under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
We use PayPal to present eligible payment methods and process one-time purchases. PayPal may process your account, payment, device, and transaction information under its own applicable privacy terms.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the Service. Google may process usage, device, browser, referrer, approximate location, and cookie or identifier information under its own applicable privacy terms.
7. Data retention
We do not intentionally persist scripts, voice settings, or generated audio in our own application database. Kie AI may retain task data and temporary result files according to its policies and operational requirements. Technical and security logs may be retained by us, Cloudflare, or Kie AI for a limited period reasonably necessary for operations, billing, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.
Checkout email addresses and order records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, and applicable legal requirements. A paid download link expires and is invalidated after its permitted use.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information:
- to providers that host, secure, or support the Service;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the Service; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information we hold about you. We do not maintain user accounts, but we may use your checkout email and PayPal order identifier to locate a paid order. We may be unable to associate an unpaid script or temporary audio result with you after the generation workflow ends.
You may contact us to exercise an applicable right. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to protect the Service.
10. International processing
The Service and its providers may process technical information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for these transfers.
11. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service and the limited information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid placing passwords, payment details, sensitive medical information, or other unnecessary confidential information in a voicemail script.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
